The International cycle is a unique opportunity to learn from peers, discover leading practices and build relationships that find practical applications in the workplace.

It is always a learning experience to address a motivated audience ... and very rewarding speaking with the IHEIE promotion about a subject of great interest to me, the innovative adventure of Bell Labs and what it can teach us about the springs of creation!

Edouard de Pirey
Valeo China President

Convinced by the fact that China now plays a key role in the global innovation race, Valeo is investing there not only in industrial capacities and commercial development, but also strongly in research and development. It is therefore with great enthusiasm that we have responded positively to the IHEIE when they wanted to organize a learning expedition in China with its first class. I particularly appreciated the interest the auditors have shown in the experience of Valeo in China, as well as the fruitful exchanges of views we had around formal presentations due to the diversity of profiles and paths represented.

Virginie Rabant
Head of Innovation, Elior Group

The IHEIE invites you to discover innovative ecosystems around the world and gives you access to networks as well as useful tools for managers who want to act and innovate within their organization. It is also an enriching human experience fostered by exchanges and mutual views between auditors of varied and complementary profiles
